Sainik School Satara Recruitment Education Qualification:

PGT (Chemistry):

Master’s Degree in Chemistry with at least 50% marks from recognized University OR Post-graduate Diploma in Chemistry awarded by the University of Delhi OR M.Sc Degree in Bio-Chemistry from a recognized University after doing a minimum of 6 years study after matriculation. AND B.Ed. Degree or recognized Diploma in Education OR three years experience of teaching Intermediate of higher classes (OR) M.Sc.Ed. in Chemistry from Regional College of Education, NCERT with at least 50% marks.

PGT (Mathematics):

Master’s Degree in Mathematics with at least 50% marks from recognized University. AND B.Ed. Degree or recognized Diploma in Education OR three years experience of teaching Intermediate or Higher Classes OR M.Sc.Ed. in Mathematics from Regional College of Education, NCERT with at least 50% marks.

PGT (Physics):

Master’s Degree in Physics with at least 50% marks from recognized University OR Post-graduate Diploma in Physics awarded by the University of Delhi AND B.Ed. Degree or recognized Diploma in Education OR three years experience of teaching Intermediate of higher classes OR M.Sc.Ed. in Physics from Regional College of Education, NCERT with at least 50% marks

TGT (Mathematics)

Graduate in Mathematics with at least 50% marks from recognized University AND B.Ed. Degree or recognized Diploma in Education OR B.Sc.Ed. in Mathematics from Regional College of Education, NCERT with at least 50% marks AND Must have qualified CTET/ State TET.

TGT (Social Science)

Graduate with two subjects out of History, Political Science, Economics, Sociology and Geography with at least 50% marks from recognized University OR Hons. Graduate with History or Political Science or Geography as a main subject. AND B.Ed. Degree or recognized Diploma in Education OR B.A.Ed. in Social Sciences from Regional College of Education, NCERT, with at least 50% marks. AND Must have qualified CTET/ State TET

Laboratory Assistant (Chemistry):

Intermediate Science or equivalent in Chemistry with at least 50% marks from recognized University.

Sainik School Pay Scale:

PGT : Pay Level 8 Rs. 47600/-

TGT : Pay Level 7 Rs. 44900/-

Laboratory Assistant: Pay Level-4 Rs. 25500/-

1. Desirous candidates should apply to the Principal, Sainik School Satara, Satara-415 001, Maharashtra in prescribed format available on school website www.sainiksatara.org.
2. In view of lockdown due to COVID-19, candidates may send their application (on prescribed format only) in soft copy to the school email – sainikss@rediffmail.com
3. Eligible candidates will be called for written test, practical test/ class teaching demo and interview through email/SMS/post.
4. Candidates, at the time of reporting for written test are to deposit A/c payee Demand Draft of any Nationalised Bank of Rs.300/- for General and Rs.100/- for SC/ST (non-refundable) drawn in favour of “Principal, Sainik School Satara”, payable at satara’.
5. Application along with relevant documents must reach Principal, Sainik School Satara, Satara-415 001, Maharashtra on or before 15 May 2020.
