Kerala PSC Programmer Shortlist 2020 is the shortlist for various vacancies of the Kerala Public Service Commission. The official department of Kerala PSC has conducted the examination for Programmer, Typist, Clerk and Sales man/ Sales Women posts. The post of Typist Clerk/ Clerk Typist – Statewide (Category No. 389/2018), on the Scale of Pay prescribed for the post, in Various Govt. Owned Company/Corporation/Board/Local Authorities on the basis of the OMR test held on 06-07-2019. The post of Programmer (SR from SC/ST) – Statewide (Category No. 292/2018) in Kerala Public Service Commission on 39500-83000 on the basis of the OMR held on 04-10-2019. The post of Salesman/Saleswoman – Statewide (Category No. 524/2013) in Kerala State Handloom Weavers Co-Operative Society Limited (Hantex) Department on Rs 2650 – 4150/- (PR) on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 09/12/2017 and 16/12/2017. The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate their respective rank on the basis of the said test.

Instructions for Salesman and Saleswomen:

• Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Probability list does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
• The list has been prepared by including eligible and qualified candidates who have secured top marks in the OMR Test.
• The candidates who have secured 89.33 (Eighty nine (point) three ) marks and above are included in the Main List of the Probability list and the requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the supplementary list.
• Candidates included in the Probability list should present and produce in person the original documents for One Time verification. Date, Time and Venue of certificate verification of candidates included in this Probability list will be intimated in due course.
• According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
• SC/ST candidates included in the Probability list are required to produce community certificate issued by the revenue authority as per Rule(4) of Kerala(SC&ST) Regulations of issue of Community Certificate Rules,2002 and candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in this list who are required to produce Non – Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O (P) No: 81/09/SC/ST/DD dated 26.09.2009 shall produce the same along with the other documents mentioned above at the time of verification of original documents.
• Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 09/12/2017 and 16/12/2017 will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to Notification No: ERXV (2)1369/18/EW DATED 11/06/2019.

Instructions for Programmer:

• Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
• The list has been prepared by including the number of candidates who have secured top marks in the OMR Test.
• The candidates who have secured 42.33 (forty two (point) three) marks and above are included in the Short List.
• Candidates included in the Short List should present and produce in person the original documents for One Time Verification. Date, time and Venue of OTR Verification will be published shortly.
• According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
• Candidates included in the shortlist shall produce valid caste certificate obtained from Revenue Authorities not below the rank of Tahsildar as specified in Kerala Gazette, along with other documents mentioned above, at the time of verification of original documents.
• Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 04-10-2019 will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to Notification No: ERXIV(3)5463/19/EW Dated 22/01/2020.

Instructions for Typist/Clerk 2020:

• Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Probability List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
• The list has been prepared by including eligible and qualified candidates who have secured top marks in the OMR Test.
• The candidates who have secured 74 (seventy four) marks and above are included in the Probability List.
• Candidates included in the Probability List should present and produce in person the original documents for One Time Verification. Date, time and Venue of OTR Verification will be published shortly.
• According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
• Candidates included in the Probability List are required to produce Community Certificate/Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the Revenue authority at the time of OTR Verification.
• Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 06-07-2019 will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. No Register Numbers are invalidated for this post and candidates are advised to refer Notification No: ER IV B (1)4990/2019/EW dated 19/03/2020
